Introduction

Our new state of the art facilities, designed by the world famous Foster and Partners, opened in September 2005 and have helped to set new standards for our 21st century learning environment. The Academy is an exciting place to work and learn and we strive to ensure that everyone in the Academy community is able to take advantage of the best available facilities and opportunities during their time with us. We aim to equip our local community with the skills necessary for life in an ever-changing, highly technological world whether it is their intention to progress through our English language or British Computer Society courses and on to college or into employment.

Our vision is provide a unified approach through robust partnerships that give families a choice of pathways, making them more successful at school that also helps parents to build up confidence, find work opportunities and general self improvement.
